Our Staff
Bill Stedman
Bill Stedman was born in Blue Island, IL and reared in a very traditional Catholic family.
He attended the Catholic Church regularly and completed 8 years of Catholic Grade School.

After graduating, Bremen High School was his next step. While there, he met Alice Pease, the
girl who would one day become his wife. After several months of dating in 1971, through her testimony and faithful witness, Pastor Stedman was saved. He was baptized in August of 1972 here, at Faith Baptist Church.
​
Upon graduation from public high school he attended Illinois State University in Bloomington/Normal Illinois as a music major. It was there he felt the clear call to preach during a Sunday morning service,
at the Calvary Baptist Church of Normal, IL.
​
Leaving ISU, he returned to Posen and took the position of part-time youth director in December of 1973. Bill and Alice were married in August of 1975 and he was ordained September 5, 1977.
​
Bill then assumed the pastorate of Faith Baptist Church in September of 1984.
In May of 2007 he was honored with a Doctorate of Divinity from Shawnee Baptist College.

Jacob Dohner
Jacob Dohner was born in Warsaw, Indiana. He came to know the Lord at 13 years old riding a bus to Open Bible Baptist Church each Sunday. He surrendered his life to the Lord in July of 2015. After graduating from public high school in 2017, Jacob followed the Lord's will to Hyles-Anderson College in Crown Point, Indiana.
After serving 5 years in the bus ministry to Little Village, Chicago, He graduated with a Bachelor's in Pastor Theology in 2021 and a Master Degree in Applied Theology in 2023.
He was hired on staff as Assistant Pastor/Youth Pastor in September of 2022 as he finished his schooling.
During his years at Hyles-Anderson College, he met his wife, Danna Quinto, who is from Hobart, Indiana. Married in April of 2023, they faithfully serve together and give their hearts to the teenagers, to the community, and to the Lord.
